Payment

• Please note that pre-payment on booking is required to secure a reservation. 

• An invoice and secure payment link will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp. 

• Payment can be made via credit card or EFT.

• Payment on arrival is required if a same-day telephonic booking is made.

• Credit card facilities are available.

• Booking cancellations prior to the booked date will incur a 25% cancellation fee

• Cancellation on the day of arrival will not be refunded unless we can rebook the room, in which case the 25% cancellation fee will apply.

• Check-in is from 2 pm

• Check-out is 10 am

Exclusive Use of Meeting and Function Facilities

• Should you wish to have exclusive use of the meeting facilities for meetings or a function, a fee is applicable. 

• Function catering is also available on prior request.
